To clean your jewelry, we advise you to avoid all chemicals that can be aggressive for the materials. To restore their shine, clean it with a soft cloth such as a glasses cloth. You can also soak the jewelry in lukewarm water and then gently rub with a soft-bristled toothbrush to remove any residue.
DELIVERY
Each order is shipped by tracked letter, the tracking number is communicated to you as soon as the package has been posted.
Lily Garden will do its best to ensure that each order is shipped within an average of 48 hours, and a maximum of 5 working days.
For delivery to countries outside Europe, any import taxes are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS
You can get a refund for a piece of jewelry purchased on our e-shop, or exchange it, if it does not meet your expectations. You have 15 days to do so, from the date of the order. Each returned piece of jewelry must be in its original packaging, without having been worn.
We will not be able to refund or exchange any item that has been worn or shows signs of wear.
