RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY

If the Client is not satisfied with the products, they may request a refund for a piece of jewelry purchased on the e-shop or exchange it. They have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to do so. Each piece of jewelry returned must be in its original packaging and unworn. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products purchased under the pricing and benefits of Private Sales (e.g., a free piece of jewelry offered with the purchase of two; in such cases, one of the two pieces cannot be refunded without returning the free jewelry).

Lily Garden will also not refund or exchange any item that has been worn or shows signs of wear.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the received product is defective or does not match the order. Any customs fees related to the return of a product from a foreign country are also the client’s responsibility.

It is recommended to retain proof of return, which implies returning the products with a tracked shipment.
Upon receipt, and subject to the return conditions outlined above, the seller will refund the order (excluding the initial shipping fees) via bank transfer to the client’s account within 30 days following receipt of the client’s bank details (RIB).

Regarding returns of personalized products: Article L121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code states that "the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized." However, we commit to refunding personalized products that do not match your order (defective or non-conforming).
