Shipping policy

In accordance with Article L121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code, ordered products are shipped via tracked mail, and the tracking number is provided once the package has been dispatched.

Lily Garden will make every effort to ensure that each order is shipped within 24 to 48 hours. However, this timeframe may be extended to a maximum of 5 working days (especially for the shipment of "Bulles à paillettes," which require more time to craft). If you have specific delivery deadlines, please let us know when placing your order, and we will do our best to expedite the shipping process.

However, Lily Garden cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

For deliveries to countries outside Europe, any import taxes or duties are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.
